Sansevieria Issues

When my husband's grandmother passed away 2 years ago, last April, I brought home with me 2 of her houseplants, including a snake plant. She lived in Florida, and I brought it home with me to North Carolina. Since then, I moved with it to PA, and then to Ohio. My mom thought it needed staked and it seemed to be doing pretty well. It's grown close to a foot since I brought it home, and it even bloomed over the summer. Then I moved again in August, and its not done as well. I have it sitting in a huge bay window facing Northwest, but I'm sorta thinking it's gotten a fungus, and I really don't want to lose this plant. I had noticed white spots on it before, but they never seemed to bother it until lately. Not all of the leaves have it, and I'm curious if I should try propagating it just in case, or what I should do.
