| I only two types of Sans - one I think is Sansevieria trifasciata 'Black Gold' (got the name suggestion from this forum back when I just got it)? Another one I think is 'Moonshine'? |

RE: Sans I have

| I got this black gold 8 months ago and since re-potted and separate one into its own pot. I also cut some not-so-perfect leaf and tried to root. |

| Got this 'moonshine' from WM 2 months ago with 2 plants soaked in water, repotted into 2 pots and they are doing good. |

RE: Sans I have

| Saw Purple's post and it confirmed that mine also is moonshine. Another one. |

RE: Sans I have

| Now the question, what happen to the leaf on the left - it is a little bit wrinklely. Is it too dry, too cold or something else? |

| I am looking for sansevieria bantel's sensation/sansevieria 'Silver' kirkii. Anybody has a good place to recommand? |

| And almost forgot - I also have a pup from cutting that I tried to root since summer. |

Greendale, Come spring I would be glad to send you a bantel's sensation. Just for postage. (Should be about $3). The new sprout from that leaf cutting will turn out to be Robusta if that leaf came from your Black Gold. And your Black Gold plant is getting much more Yellow than normal. Looks different from the others in the pot. Are they the same root system or maybe 3 plants planted into one pot? Stush |

| Stush: The Black Gold was one plant with 4 pups, when I repotted it, I separated its root into 4 plants and put 3 into one pot and 1 into its own pot. The rooted cutting is not black gold - I think it is a regular Sansevieria trifasciata "Laurentii" I got from a friend. Had a couple black gold cuttings sitting there but they are not doing anything so far. :) Thank you very much for that Bantel's sensation offer. Yes, I'd love to have it. I do not have any other sans but if you interested in 'black gold' or 'moonshine', let me know please. Greendale |

Greendale, Your pup from trifasciata "Laurentii" will develope into a regular trifasciata. Same only no yellow edges. Still a very nice plant. I have one group in a pot for +/- 40 years. Recently transplanted into a larger pot with proper potting soil mix. Leaves are well over 4 feet tall as well as the Laurentii I have next to it. No problem with the Bantal Sansation. Just postage is all I asked. Maybe you might find some thing some day I might want a pup from. Email me this spring. Stush |

40 years? oh my... with 4 feet tall do you need to stalk every single leaf? Do you have a picture? Wish I had some aged plants to "show off" to others, but I just started less than one year. :( I definitely will email you this coming spring for the bantel's sensation. Again, thanks. |

Greendale, Here's one of the pictures. If you look down and see my past postings, I have shown pictures of all my collection. Got you on the list for B.S. Stush |

| That's a very speciman you have right there. And the leaves looks perfect - not broken, not split. Thanks for the picture. I am heading to your past posts for some sans porn now...:) |
