Sorry, I don't know local, but have you checked with Chamblee's? Their plants are not shipped bare root. They are small but grow quickly, especially the climbers. Two of the floribundas I ordered this spring were blooming when I opened the box.

Where can I purchase Zephirine Drouhin roses?

I have had great luck from Antique Rose Emporium. They won't ship during heat of Summer but might be worth the wait. Most roses are 2 gal plants.
