| I will be visiting this area in a couple months and was wondering what will likely be in bloom. Also, any suggestions of reasonably-priced garden centers to visit? I'm looking for elephant ears, caladiums and wave begonias - items that are not so easily found around here. Even a well-stocked Walmart would be a welcome sight at this time of year!

| Here in Elizabeth City we have Luther's Greenhouse- loads of things to look at due to them also growing for wholesale. The Plant Park is a local favorite too, nice family run smaller spot. |
