| I will be in Charleston for a few days around the 18 of MArch, and am wondering if there are some wonderful gardens to visit. I'd love any suggestions! I do know about a couple of the plantations and we will be visiting those as well.
Thanks!!

| You should go to Hampton Park. Also walk around downtown and look into yards and talk to whoever is working in them. Sometimes they invite you in.You can e-mail me directly and I will give you my phone # and you can come and see our garden. Not to much now a little early in the season. If staying a little might be able to talk to some people about seeing some more |

| Must see Magnolia Gardens, Cypress Gardens. I also recommend that you go see the Angel Oak tree while in the area. It is a fabulous site to behold! The tree is over 1000 years old. Charleston is a wonderful old city...Nothing compares to walking the old part of the city. And open gate is an invitation to come in and see the gardens. |
