Sabal 'Riverside'

I am wondering if anyone else in the southeast U.S. grows Sabal 'Riverside' to see what kind of results they've had with it. I've had one for 4 or 5 years, and it has looked like crap from day one. You know how sickly a Jubaea, for example, looks in our heat and humidity? Well, that's how my 'Riverside' looks. The leaves always look sickly and brownish/orangish. Anyone else have that problem? Other than just concluding that I have a "dud" palm, I would assume perhaps it's from more arid origins and doesn't cater to the southeast Georgia climate. ??? I'm about ready to throw it away.

I live in SE Coastal NC. I have three of them that do great. Do you fertilize them? How much water do they get?
