ground cover for hill

| Need ideas to cover a 325 ft by 25 ft hillside. Guessing the grade is around 10%. Working on an Eagle Scout project for our church so cost is important. |

| Have you looked at Apocynaceae 'Vinca Vine' (Periwinkle). It spreads rapidly and it even flowers. It's great for bank covers. We used this on our property for a hill that kept eroding and it really worked great. They are suppose to be planted about 12" apart, however it really tends to take over an area so I would recommend spacing it out more. |
