| i purchased a florida king peach tree this spring and planted it. the tree is about 5 feet tall. it looked fine until a month ago. now the stems are turning brown and the leaves are falling off and it looks wilted. it has a new leaf coming out and the trunk under the bark is green. i planted it in topsoil, mulched it, and fertilized it with miracid when i planted it. its planted in a mostly shady place on the west side of the house. it gets afternoon sun. please help. |

| As long as the trunk is green under the bark, it's still alive. The new leaves sound promising too. Just be sure not to over water, peach trees hate that. |
