| Has anyone grown these in Charleston/Savannah or the rest of Sunset zone 28? What are the problems, secrets?

Yes. They are fairly common in older gardens of Charleston, Beaufort, and Savannah. Problems are not enough room, ignorant irrigation cycles, and unavailability.
Look in cemetaries, and older properties and you will find them. |
