Mule Palms...

Why arent these used more along the Georgia/Carolina coastlines? They are hardy enough and are quite gorgeous. I know they are a bit pricey but they look like they would be worth the extra pennies if you love a good, tropical looking palm. Basically the Mule Palm is a hybrid between the Pindo and the Queen Palm, looking alot like a more squat Coconut Palm. I saw a few mature ones in Orlando this past spring that amazed me. Moultrie Palms...or something along those lines, in St. Augustine is a big seller of Mules.

Anyone growing them down there along the coast?
