I have a potted C.R. which is now in bloom. It's been in the pot all Summer. Can I plant it now or should I wait until Spring?

You should be fine to plant it now. It should have plenty of time to get established before winter sets in. Although we don't have much of a winter. The fall/winter is the best time to plant your shrubs and trees anyway. Mulch it well after planting. The frost will kill back the stems, but will come back in the spring.
