The seeds are still good if you find some. They will germinate in the spring. So as soon as you can get to them, pot some up outside while it is still cold, and they will sprout once the temps are right in the spring.
It is of course best to pick them in the fall for this plant. Different plant seeds need to be picked at different times. Some seed stay with the plant for a long time like baptisia. Others have very fast seed dispersal.
