Lily seed germinating on top of soil, now what?

Giant Formosa Lily (it's a thin wafer-like seed like a see-through corn flake"

Not knowing exactly how to plant these seeds indoors this winter, I planted half a group 1/4" down and the others laid on top of the soil. Sprayed with mist of water, covered, and on the windowsill for light.

3 weeks later (now, January) the ones on top of the soil are starting to germinate as you see in the photo. What should I do? Bury them? Leave them alone?

By the way, if anyone wants Giant Formosa Lily seeds, send me a message, I have hundreds. They will be about 8 ft tall with white trumpets about 10" long each. Fantastic.

But what should I do with these "Germinators"?

Thanks.
