Some seeds sprout fast

Is there any value in noting the first seeds that sprout within a group? Sometimes a few will sprout quite quickly.

And are they stronger or will they mature faster?

Thanks.

The answer depends on if you are using IBL (inbred) stable seedline, or you did a breeding project (pollinated one variety with a different variety). How'd you get your seeds?

many growers consider the first seeds that sprout to be the hearty ones, and select those. If the seeds are from an IBL (inbred line) that is stable, then I doubt it makes any difference at all.

If you are using an IBL line of seed then the maturity will not be faster/slower as that is already encoded in the genetics of the seed. An IBL is stable and will mature uniform no matter what seed sprouted first.
