Dwarf morning glories not producing seeds

DanaNY

I'm growing *dwarf* morning glories that only grow to about a foot tall, which are grown indoors under lights. They come in blue or mixed colors (Ensign Mix). I left the flowers on them after they faded to form a seed pod, but each time they would dry up and nothing happened - no swelling, no seed pods. I had a string of wiltered flowers on them and that's it. I thought MG's easily reseed? Is it different with the dwarf kind? If anyone here has grown this kind and had them form seed pods, would love to know how, thanks.
