Magnetizing Seeds before Planting??

I just came across this theory of placing seeds next to a magnet before planting. It is supposed to increase your yield. Does anyone have any opinions about it? Is it worth my time in results to try it? If so what kind of magnet would you want to use? And for how long?

I always magnetize Aspidistra before planting. vbg etc.

Sounds like a waste of time to me, but it definately won't hurt.

The best results can be obtained from placing seeds directly on a magnet for a few days prior to planting. There is another thread on this forum titled, "Growing Plants with Magnets", that has detailed information in it (by The Tree).

I think the magnet method would be attractive for seeds of Ostrya virginiana and Olneya tesota.
