recognize these seeds?

I got them at a plant swap, labeled "unknown". Flat, dime-size, papery texture, brown, with a semi-circular flap. What are they? I'd like to know if they are anything worth trying. I tore one open and 3 flat, papery seeds fell out, each with a dark center.
