| I am trying to create controled long-term storage for my seeds, but have not yet found an effective way to test for moisture content. Weighing them before & after baking at 220 degrees did not appear accurate; beans measured out at 5% reduction after baking, and I am certain that air-dried seeds should have exceeded 5% moisture.
Any suggestions? |
