this is a very rare plant! I actually received it as a gift from an online seller from whom I bought Iochroma Australis seeds. He sent me the seeds of this plant plus some other seeds as a gift and these seeds where False Blue Flax.

I am sorry, I can't help you with the seed collection technique because I am new with this plant as well, but I am sure I will want to learn that too because this is truly a rare blue-flowering plant and I don't want to lose it from my garden.
