| For Mothers Day my DH gave me money to buy plants with like I wanted. I went to this elderly gentlemans house that sells plants and he didn't know the name of this plant. He said it is like a black eyed susan and self seeds and dies back in the winter time. He said it gets about 4-5 foot tall and looks just like the black eyed susan but the bloom is about the size of a saucer. Do you know what the name of it is? I bought 3 three gallon pots of it because it sounds really neat!! |

| There are actually several types of rudbekia (black eyed susan's botanical family name). Without a picture it would be hard to say exactly though. |
