I love foxgloves, but they are frustrating me!

This year I gre more foxglove than ever. They were spectacular in the spring. Now it is mid June. Most of the blossoms are faded except for the last few at the tops. After a few storms several are falling over (there are too many to stake them up). I would like to clear them out to clean up the garden for the next phase of summer flowering things and next flush of roses. But I want to save the seeds for reseeding and/or winter sowing. Although they are done and fading the seed pods are not at all dry yet and it seems like that process is taking forever. I don't really want my gardens filled with foxglove mummies all summer waiting for the seeds to be ready, but I do want the seeds. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
