Does anyone know how to save seed from valerian? Mine is blooming now, what should I look for?

Here is a link I found the other day that might help you. I am not familar with your plant in paticular I know the plant is a very useful plant used for medicinal purposes but about the plant it self I am clueless. I hope this helps you some.
