For harvesting seeds, I let a few fruits dry in a warm area and collect the seeds. Yes, the seeds require chilling for germination. I have had success with a month in the refrigerator prior to sowing. I also have had my plants self-sow in the garden the following spring.

I'm glad I found this :D I couldn't figure out why mine were not geminating.

Fridge or Freezer? Or dose it make a difference?

Amino-X, I know this is somethwhat late for your question, but you can plant them outside. They will germinate with low chill stratification.
