Laura, I don't recall Parks having a fall seed sale, during the spring sale Parks was saying thats it for the year. If you go over to winter sowing you will find a thread on " where do you buy your seed" on pg 1 about half way down, check it out! I would imagine if anyone knows where the best deals on seeds are its those folks. Pinetree is inexpensive.

look on the web for seed catalogs burpee is pretty fair priced and park seed is quite high in there prices and so litlle seed amounts and pinetree is fair too there's tons of seed catalogs that you can fill out for on the web free of charge.I hope this helps
