OK so i went to the Brugmansia Forum to learn the plant was mis-labeled it's not Angel's Trumpet it's Devils Trumpet 2 differant plants. Angels Trumpet is a Brugmansia, Devils Trumpet is a Datura ... Also got the answer to my seed pod question

RE: Angel Trumpet question

If the flowers on your plant are facing UP then you are growing Datura, not Angel Trumpets.
If the flowers are dropping down and look like a long trumpet, then they are Brugmansia or angel trumpets.
the thing you are seeing should be the seeds that are starting.
