Hi all,
I am wondering if I need to let my seed pods mature and turn brown on the stems with the plant still in the ground? The plants have fully developed pods but they are still green(ish). The vegetables in question are arrugula, radish, mizuna, chard, and soon rapini. I was hoping to pull the plants out of the ground and let the pods dry inside my house, but I am hesitant until I get a definitive answer. I will also be trying to save seeds from various bean plants later in the season. Thanks for reading.
