How do you know the seeds are ready? Right now the seed pods are turning a little yellow but not dried yet.

The leaves have all turned yellow and dried out. Is that normal?

I am planning to get the seeds in for re-planting next year in different places instead of letting them reseed. How do I know when I can cut the whole plant and take the seeds in?
