Coreopsis

For the small head Coreopsis, such as Plains & 'Mahogany Midget' ... has anyone found a way to separate seed from chaff? I'm not a stickler, but there's so much chaff with these, I want to be sure I'm trading mostly seed. All of my screens seem to let both pass through. Thanks! : )

I harvest and grow Plains. It's not as easy to gather as the other coreopsises and the seeds are more like little black crescents. I just blow on them a bit and get much of the chaff off. Then I just sow chaff and all. They germinate just fine.
