I am not sure what does/does'nt come true from seed. I state this on my trade page. The way I see it is if someone wants it I assume they know or have researched it. I figure people should know about the things they want. The amt. you said sounds good. I would discuss it first with your trader and see what they think is fair for what they are sending to you.
