Hi, can anyone tell me where you find the seeds on Shasta Daisies (the Snow Lady variety)? I want to harvest some and plant them in the fall. Also, when should I harvest them? Thanks a lot!

Oh I also should ask what they look like since I have no idea. Thanks!

Wait until the entire flower head has dried on the plant...including the area of stem just below (should be dead looking). Then cut the head off and allow to continue to dry for a few days indoors. Then carefully remove the surface of the head...the seeds will be just below (near the core of the flower).

Thanks so much for the link! I love your site! I have one more question.. when it says to sow the seeds directly in spring.. does that mean to just sprinkle them on the soil and water them? I'm sure that's a dumb question but I'm very new to this stuff! Is there anything else I need to know? Thanks!
