When is my chard going to bolt?

In fall I planted the last of my (Fordhook) chard seeds, so I was planning on letting them bolt in the summer and saving new seeds. I thought they would act the same as other "greens" and bolt once the weather turned hot. My lettuce and collards bolted back in May.

Well here it is August and my chard still shows no signs of bolting! Usually I'd have pulled them up by now and replaced them with warm weather crops, since the leaves get bitter in hot weather. But I left these here waiting for them to bolt, and they've outlasted all my other warm weather crops now except for the okra and peppers and sweet potatoes!

I had no idea chard was this tough. They've made it through freeze temperatures and now are out there in the 100+ degree weather still chugging along.

Are they EVER going to set seed? It would be nice to have that garden real estate open for some new crops some day. It's almost time to plant fall crops again.
