saving tomato seed problem

| I put my seeds and juice in a plastic container and then left for a week. Two of my containers were dry when I got back. I then did a search and found that 2-3 days was a better answer than a full week. Are any of my seeds any good? Should I start over with fresh tomatoes?

| A week of fermentation is too much time; chances are, the seed had begun to sprout before going dry. If you still have enough tomatoes left to do so, I would recommend starting over with a fresh batch |

| I change my water after one day, and dry the seeds after a second day in tap water. |
