They are short lived perennials here, but Sundance Bi-color is an annuall in Columbus, Ohio. Feel the tip of the shuttlecock - you should feel a little hard piece, they shouldn't be flat.
On mine, some are flat and not viable.
They winter sow nicely. My summer kiss, goblins, and goldens, and burgundies were all second year bloomers. Enjoy.
