Hello all:

I'm just starting to save seeds and was hoping someone on this forum may have saved seeds from the Sonja variety of sunflowers.

I cut one of the heads off which had lost it petals and was letting it dry. When I was picking through the head, I noticed small, roundish, solid black seeds (I think they are seeds) drop out.

If these are the actual seeds, what is the best method for saving them till I can replant next spring after our last frost? Do you have to refrigerate them?
