I never refrigerate my seeds...I keep them in airtight canisters at 65 degrees with a bit of dessicant and they last seemingly forever.

I have mine all in #10 envelopes, each seed/year has its own envelope.

In my basement I have 2 tables devoted to seed saving. I collect all my seeds in brown paper bags. This allows them to dry. Sometimes I use pie pans to spread them out to dry also before sorting and cleaning from chaff.

Once dry....I sort them into individual 2x3 baggies which are labled and filed into alphabetical order to be traded,

As far as the seeds that I keep. They are all placed into 2x3 baggies and collected into snack sized (smaller than sandwich sized baggies) according to variety (i.e. sunflowers, marigolds, poppies...etc) and then filed alphabetically and kept in plastic containers in a cool, dry spot in my basement.
