I gotsome seeds from my moms and they are attached to the feathery part of the plume. Do i need to remove the feathery part or can i plant it with it on?
There are tons of seeds on a plume. If you plant a part of the plume without the seeds it probably would hurt, but make sure you are not planting a bunch of seeds or you may have tons of seedlings.
