I just scoop out the seeds with my fingers but then I have sevearl horses begging for them on theside. Seems to me they taste like orange maralade, and the horses have acquired quite a taste for them. Seeds are too big to feed to the horses, cause a blockage in intestines for them.

MLcom makes a good point. I used to have a horse that loved persimmons.
