| Hi,
I have some seeds for black winter radish, Black Spanish Round. I really want to save some seeds from this radish because it does very well, however I am not so sure how to save the seeds. I read a lot about saving seeds for spring radish, but no one talked about winter. So if anyone knows the directions on how to do this please answer. |

| I've only grown winter radish a couple of times but my recollection is that they flowered and set seed the second year just as the small summer radishes do. I would just wait for the pods to ripen and collect the seed then. They do take a while to ripen fully and dry enough to split open. I don't think there's any special trick. |
