If it is a light frost then they might be ok. The seed pod sort of acts like a blanket to the seed. The leaves may get yucky, but the stems will be ok, and the plant will still work to get those seeds developed. If it is a hard freeze, the seeds will be killed even if the pod protects them since the whole plants would not be able to live through it. The easiest thing to do though is put a sheet over the plants Thursday evening and remove it in the morning.
