Veronica? How to save seed? Where is it?

Hi,
Okay this may seem a dumb question but the heads of my Veronicas had died back and turned brown and I really want more next year! I cut off the stalks from them, dried them out on my dresser and rubbed off all the dried parts on the stem.....I mean I can't really tell if there is seeds? I'm not sure what they are suppose to look like either. I believe the one is 'Hocus Pocus' which is a hybrid so maybe no seeds?

Veronica seeds are very tiny, and usually a golden brown. so within all the grey stuff, you should see them if they are there.
About being a hybrid ~ in general this does not stop seed production. Most still do make seed. Sometimes seeds are not formed because of weather or lack of pollinators.
