Re-planting Garlic ?

Any tips or hints on re-planting garlic would be appreciated. I have about 12 bulbs left that have been sitting in my garage. I tried to find some new bulbs to buy but I waited to long any everyone is sold out. Thanks for your help...

Just break up the bulbs and plant them into enriched soil, full sun, about four inches apart. They are bulbs--you can use bulb food when planting if you like. Plan on harvesting next summer.

Too bad you missed the full moon, if you believe in lunar cycles affecting plant growth.
