datura seeds with dark spots

Most of my datura seeds are tan colored and the color is even on both sides of the seed. Others are tan around the edges with a dark spot near the center. Are the seeds with a dark spot viable or should I discard them? I don't want to trade or give away bad seeds.

A dark spot in the center can indicate bad seed. See if you can easily bend/break the seed. Good datura seed is thick for its size and can not be bent with the fingers.
