buddleia, coreopsis 'sweet dreams' ??

How do you collect seeds from buddleia & coreopsis 'sweet dreams' & 'heavens gate'? What do they look like? I have tried the seed site but they are not listed. I would like to collect seeds for trading but how do I know if I am giving somebody nothing but chaff?

Buddleia seed pods are shaped like elongated footballs. Not all buddleia produce these pods though; I believe the yellow varieties are sterile (but don't quote me on that). My Honeycomb never produced pods. Here's a pic on a GW FAQ

Can't help on the coreopsis though...
