Hi.

Has anyone managed to find any seeds in Centaurea Moschata 'The Bride'?
I dont seem to be able to find any in my seedpods... weird.

Thanks in advance, and have a nice Sunday.

RE: Sweet Sultan - Centaurea Moschata

Not "The Bride" specifically, but I found a lot of seeds on ym sweet sultan this summer. I let the flower heads get good and dry before I broke them open; little tiny wedges of cream with a grey bar, and a russet tuft on top.

I grew this one for the first time this summer and really fell in love. It's too big for my garden, but I'll find a place for it somewhere. Pastel powderpuff flowers in pink, lavender, yellow and white. And the flowers smell like vanilla!

Hanne -- where are you in Denmark? I have family (very distant family) near Haderslev.
