okay let show my ignorance and ask if the seed heads from crape myrtles are viable. i don't know much about the tree except they are every where in Tx., with the exception of my yard. i have found some that i can have, but do i let them dry out on the tree or harvest them now and let them dry or what? plus to make sure i'm correct on what i'm looking at, the seeds are the little round, hard pellet looking things where the flowers were, right. i hope so or i'm dumber about that tree than i thought.
