need suggestions

I have a spot behind my waterfall in my pond that desperately needs a plant. The view I get from one angle is that of a fuel tank. Thats not the view I would like. It is a very shady spot. I would like something that gets to be around 5 feet tall at least. Flowers would be lovely but not neccesary. I had thought of maybe putting a shrub variety of honeysuckle there. Would that be good for shade? Any suggestions are very welcome. Thank you

Hi Lisa,

The photo links don't seem to be working. Could you try and re-post the photos so I can see what you're dealing with?

Thanks!

An absolutely wonderful plant to hide anything in a shady spot is Kirengoshoma palmata (Yellow waxbells) It grows easily in deep shade; gets about 5 feet tall and forms a bushy plant with leaves that look like maple leaves. It gets small yellow flowers in late summer, but they are not spectacular. It is a perennial and dies back every year, but mine in already 5 feet tall this year. I don't know how much water it will get from your waterfall. Mine is not near a water source, so I'm not sure it will take a lot of extra water.
