Bleeding Heart Rhyme

Hi everyone,

I am trying to find the rhyme about the bleeding hearts that we used to say when we were kids. When you pick the bloom, you can take it apart and there is a story/rhyme that goes along with that. It ends something like "And this is the sword (knife?) that stabbed the bleeding heart."

A close friend of mine needs this rhyme for sentimental reasons. Please help!

Thanks
