We recently purchased a property and we would like to put in a privacy screen in the form of hopefully a dense fast growing, evergreen shrub or tree. Our neighbors are putting on an addition and coming very close to the property line.This will go along a fence between our house and the neighbors. It is a shaded area. There are some oak trees and some other trees that I do not know the names of that are in the area that are further away but still keep it shaded. . We can not have something that gets to wide as this will be at the fence and along a driveway that is an easement for the utility company to access the back poles. We are in zone 9b central coast California.
