morning sun only

Hi, I'm looking for something to plant in my circle drive that gets only morning sun untill about 10-11 oclock. I want something perennial, drought tolerant. It's really dry out there unless I drag the hose. I don't mind dragging the hose until it gets established. WE NEED RAIN IN N.TEXAS sooo bad. Thank you for your relpies.

Creeping sedums would do well.

My brain is turning to mush, I'm sure there's a lengthy list, but it's just not happening for me. Hope others will chime in. If not, maybe I'll be functioning better tomorrow.
