Impatiens Yellowing?

What causes yellow leaves on impatiens? Most are still in flats that are yellowing (don't laugh - it's been nothing but rain or some other excuse). Even some that I finally got into the ground are putting out yellow leaves. What's up with that?

Could be a few things, but most likely, lack of water (are they out in all this rain?). Impatients in flats are usually root bound, so the water will just run through. The yellow leaves should drop, and be replaced with new green ones, once they start actively growing in the ground.
